  1. This file contains an explanation and listing of the dBase II  files  loaded  to
  2. Data  Library  6  under  the  name  CELLAR.ASC.  CELLAR.ASC contains a number of
  3. COMMAND and FORMAT files that will fully support a  wine  cellar  inventory  and
  4. tasting  record DBMS under dBase II.  The program dCELLAR in CELLAR.ASC has been
  5. used by me successfully for the past four years to manage a cellar that has  now
  6. grown to over 900 bottles.

  36. In total, there are 1752 records and 42,405 bytes in CELLAR.ASC.

  38. Anyone familiar with dBase II programming should be  able  to  discern  how  the
  39. program  works.  Please note that each of the individual files must be placed by
  40. itself in storage before the program will work.  The first file, dCELLAR.CMD, is
  41. the  top-most  file  and is the one that should be called from within dBase by a
  42. "DO DCELLAR" command in order to execute the program.

  44. Three dBase files must  be  created  before  running  the  program,  CELLAR.DBF,
  45. CELLSTOR.DBF  and  VINTAGE.DBF.  The structure for each file is shown at the top
  46. of CELLAR.ASC.  Upon running dCELLAR for the first  time,  the  necessary  index
  47. files will be built.

  49. Please send me a message [71666,424] when you have downloaded the file so I  can
  50. keep track of who has copies.  If bugs are uncovered, I will report to those who
  51. have copies of the file.  In addition, there are some utilities not included  in
  52. CELLAR.ASC,  and  I will consider uploading these depending upon how many people
  53. download the file.
